Altarnun 0
Bude continued
their recent good run in cup competitions with a well-fought
victory over this Altarnun side. It took a while for the goals
to come but a 15-minute period saw Altarnun go out of the
competition. Bude took the lead after 55 mins when Dan Balsdon
played in Gary Dinshaw who chested the ball down and fired in from
close range and show he ‘was back’ after a recent baron spell.
Balsdon became goal scorer for Budes second minutes later after
turning in a Tommy Statton cross. The third came 10 mins later
when Jason Ferrett set up Simon Chadwick to complete Budes
scoring, and they now progress to the semi final, which will
provide a local derby clash with Stratton that will be played at
Launceston on May 7th. |
