Bude lost their 1^st game of the season in the first half of this match. Sticker came out buzzing and were one nil up inside the 1^st minute. A long ball knocked in to the box wasn’t cleared and fell to Kris Harris who neatly lobbed the ball in to the far top corner. Bude continued to look like they were still sat at home and soon fell even further behind when Stickers Bryn Sundercombe struck a superb shot from 30 yards giving keeper Ben Purcell no chance. Sticker grabbed a lucky third 10 mins later when Kris Harris collected the ball out on the right and a supposed cross flew right over Purcell and again in to the far top corner. Budes half time talk and slight change in formation seemed to have the right effect as Bude this time took control, Gary Dinshaw soon hit the crossbar and more and more chances came Budes way but their finishing lacked control. They finally pulled one back when a short corner saw Jason Ferrett put in a low cross which found Tommy Statton inside the box who finished from close range. Although they continued to dominate the damage had already been done in the first half and must now immediately pick themselves up and get back to winning ways next week.
